Urban Studies

MarketPointe Realty Advisors has been involved in the study of urban, residential and commercial projects for more than 25 years. Recently, the firm has served as consultant to the developers of most of the residential, rental and condominium projects in downtown San Diego as well as for a variety of mixed use, office buildings, retail and hotel projects. In addition to its projects for the city of San Diego, the firm has also been involved in determining the feasibility of numerous urban projects in Las Vegas, Chula Vista, Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County.

MarketPointe Realty Advisors has, within our database, the capability to competitively analyze urban residential projects by size and price of units, view, floor height, quality of structure and amenities. MarketPointe specializes in the pricing of individual units within a given building. Our analysis optimizes pricing and profits by assigning values for each of the premium factors in the project, including size of balcony, view and placement within the building. MarketPointe maintains and regularly updates complete databases of new-for-sale residential units, apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels, office buildings, retail and publicly financed projects.

Redevelopment Planning & Implementation

MarketPointe assists private developers in negotiating redevelopment agreements with public entities to facilitate implementation of specific development projects. MarketPointe will also facilitate negotiations for economic incentives and negotiate acquisition/eminent domain transactions.
