We need to have a market research on pricing trends.

We are thinking of purchasing rental property and would like to know the pricing trends for the cost of rent. We have the opportunity to purchase the property at a great price but need to know the pricing trends to see if rental costs will cover the mortgage. So if we find a way to do market research and get the rental information that we need we can make a decision on if we should purchase the property. We are not from the area so we are not familiar with the rental information or pricing trends at all and will not go into this blindly. So market research must be done before we decide.
