The california builders were at the table next to ours and they were discussing new home trends and the market. The california builders were discussing how slow the market had been even with the new home trends. The california builders were also saying that they have never been seen the market so slow. They were trying to come up with new ideas for home trends. The california builders thought that if they came up with fresh new ideas they may be able to spark new trends. Something had to be done the california market was just way to slow and the smaller builders were going out of business left and right.
