New home sales are beginning to rise.

New home sales seem to be one of the trends. More new homes are being sold over older ones. This year trends in new homes are large open rooms with tall ceilings and many windows. I think they feel much like a fish bowl but people seem to go with the trends. I think they may regret buying a new home due to the trends, but sales are up. I can not complain as a builder. As long as the new homes sales keep rising I say thank goodness for trends.
