New home trends play a part in how california builders design their homes. If you compare california builders that follow new home trends to ones that do not, the ones that follow trends sell more real estate. The state of california is where new home trends usually start so the builders need to be able to meet the trends in the real estate market. I have seen so many california builders go under by not keeping up with the new home trends.
